Hello my lovelies, today I want to talk to you about my favourite AW 23 trend, Quiet Luxury! This is such a fab trend but in my opinion it’s not really a trend in the sense that the styles you buy now with be long term wardrobe staples. I also love the fact that this is a trend that if done right willmake you feel absolutely fabulous and that’s what it’s all about!

As seen the AW catwalks from Tove, Bottega Veneta & Gucci – as well as Ferragamo, Gabriela Hearst & Miu Miu, Quiet Luxury is all about sophisticated, timeless pieces that shout pure class and luxury in the most understated way. Bold designer prints are out and minimalistic styles are in. When it comes to bags it’s the understated elegant brands such as Celine and Bottega Veneta that will be shining this season and the good news is that there are so many dupes out there right now.

Think classic tailoring mixed with quality flowing fabrics such as silk and cashmere knits with chic neutral colours in classic pieces that will last you for years to come, We’re talking blazers, well cut jeans and trousers and classic dresses all with a sort of fluid feminity.

One person that really does this trend well is Sofia Ritchie seen below and oh course the fabulous Victoria Beckham!

On the highstreet Reiss is the perfect place to grab your quiet luxury pieces and their classic Lara dress below is the perfect wardrobe piece, it’s a dress that Reiss have stocked for a few years now and is evidence that it’s the kind of piece that simply doesn’t got out of style! Also available in black.

Another fab place to shop the quiet luxury trend is Mint Velvet with gorgeous silk blouses, blazers, leather skirts and beautiful shoes and accessories to pair them with.

So if there is only one trend to get on board with this AW I would say make this it and invest in some beautiful classic pieces that will see you through for years to come whilst making you feel a million dollars!
